Ability to turn OFF automated clinical evaluation scheduling per facility.
This is a new setting that can be applied per facility. When this is enabled for a facility, clinical evaluations will no longer be automatically created by the system. ie. no clinical evaluation at pre-intake or as part of any other automated flow.

NEW Marketing Report.
This is only available to account managers. Creates a marketing report for the partner account, replacing the manual report that we currently put together at the 3month and 6month marks.

HUB login security updates.
Added updates at login to increase app security. The updates help prevent automated attacks that try to guess and steal user credentials. Added smarter 2FA requirements to verify user identity when necessary.

Added user lockout feature when multiple failed login attempts are detected within a short period of time. Once locked out, users will not be able to login again until the lockout is cleared by a facility admin or account manager.
Email notifications are sent to the user, relevant facility admins, and relevant account managers when a user is locked out.

Reduce duplicate patient entries
Updated add patient form on HUB and TAP to more clearly guide the user to a resolution, either intake an already added patient or request a transfer if they are currently in treatment, when a duplicate patient entry is detected.

Updated Assessment Tracking - We now track how an assessment was completed. Through HUB, TAP, GRO, email link, sms link, or QR link.
