Utilization Review

The UR tab (or “Utilization Review” tab) has many features associated with it.

Click "UR" on the Main Menu.

While viewing the Utilization Review screen, you are able to filter your search by keywords, status of treatment stays, facilities, and caseloads.

Scrolling down the list, you can, select the patient whose report you would like to view, see whether they have a staff member assigned to their case, the date of their last clinical evaluation, generate a report, and if you look to the right side, you'll see a red flag.

Red Flag

The red flag indicates that recently completed assessments have scores that may need to be brought into calls regarding Utilization Review for the patient.

Click the down arrow to view assessments and the scores.

Generating Reports

To generate a report, click Generate Report.

Select ASAM Report, Clinical Evaluations, Biopsychosocial Assessments, or Assessments.

Select the specific date range for each assessment (data will only be generated from that date range if applicable).

All generated reports will be in PDF form.
