Many providers in the US utilize an ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) report.
You are able to pull an ASAM report here from the data collected from assessments taken by the patients.
Go to the UR tab, select the patient for which you'd like to pull an ASAM report, click Generate Report, choose ASAM Report, and select the appropriate date range.
Dimensions One and Two will be completed and filled out if your facility uses the biopsychosocial assessment provided on the ERP HUB.
If your facility is using a BPS assessment in your own EMR or EHR, it will not produce information in Dimensions One and Two.
Please contact your Client Success Manager for more information on utilizing the BPS assessment within your ERPHealth HUB.
This report can be made into a PDF and/or printed for whatever the use is that is needed for the patient.
