The Results page on the Patient Profile has two main sections: Week over week charts and Latest Results.

Week Over Week Charts
Use the dropdown menus to select which assessment you would like to see week over week results for. You can conveniently select two different assessments to compare side by side.
Latest Results
View only the latest results for assessments that have been completed by the patient.
*Note: This is not a full log of all completed assessments. This section will only show the latest result for any given assessment. For a full log of completed assessments, go to the Assessment & Clinical Form page of the Patient Profile or the general Assessments page on the HUB Main Menu.
