To edit a patients contact and personal information, press the Edit button in the sidebar.

Intake, Discharge, & Transfer

Intake, discharge and transfer buttons will appear on the bottom bar, as well as a back to patients button.

Patient Result Summary

Send a summary report of latest patient results to staff.

Assessment & Clinical Form History

Send a full history of all Assessments and Clinical Forms to a staff member.
