Administer Assessment on TAP

Using your TAP device, select an upcoming to-do item and press Start. 

Assessments can be administered on the TAP device or patient's personal mobile device. (read more about sending assessment links here)

Administer Assessment on HUB

You can administer an assessment directly from your HUB.

Patient Profile

Press Administer Assessments in the Tasks Due section of a Patient Profile.
