Assessments Overview

The data collected during assessments allows clinicians to follow trends during a patient's stay in treatment and make decisions that better serve the patient and the organization. The data collected helps streamline and improve UR and billing practices. 


ERPHealth offers a wide variety of Gold Standard assessments that can be administered in a variety of convenient ways: on TAP devices, through the Patient Portal, and directly on HUB. Assessments can be taken directly on a Patient's personal device. 


Assessments are scheduled automatically by the system and each schedule is dependent on the ERP Program selected for the patient. This schedule can be changed dependent on your facilities needs. Contact your Client Success Manager to customize your Assessment Schedule.


Assessments that are currently due can be found on the Due Assessments page and in the Main Menu under Assessments.



Start an assessment to begin the assessment flow for a patient. Once an assessment begins, the system will take the patient through all their due assessments.

Once an assessment has been Completed or Missed it will only show up on the Assessment History page.


The Assessment History page (found in the Main Menu under Assessments) contains a log of all assessments that have either been Completed or Missed.

Search by keyword or use the filters to filter by time period, assessment, status, facility, or assigned Staff. Press Filter to view results.


The Assessment Adherence Chart shows how many assessments are being missed and completed over time.
