To add an Assessment from the library of assessments on your ERP HUB, go to the Patient Profile of the patient you would like to add the assessment for. Click + Add New in the Tasks Due section.
Choose which assessment (or any other item like a Clinical Form) you would like to administer for the patient and press Add Task. The assessment will now appear in the To Do List.
There will be 2 day period to complete any item added this way. This feature is not meant for advance scheduling of assessments. If you want to change assessment schedules, contact your Client Success Manager.
