Assessment Signoffs Overview
Assessment Signoffs are a form of confirmation that assessments are to be considered part of treatment for insurance and billing purposes.
A Qualified Health Professional must complete an Assessment Signoffs in as timely a manner so that billing and UR can be completed.
Complete Assessment Signoffs
If your facility has the Assessment Signoff Required setting turned on in Facility Settings, you will see Assessment Signoffs on your HUB Dashboard and TAP devices.
You will see a list of patients and how many current assessments they have due or completed. Press View Details next to each, and you will see the assessment in list form. Sign the signature field and press Submit.
