When you first log in to TAP you will see the TAP Dashboard which is a list of to-do list items that need to be completed for each patient in the facility. 

Orange items indicate the item is overdue or due immediately.

To-Do List Item Types

Assessment Signoffs

Assessment Signoffs are a form of confirmation that assessments are to be considered part of treatment for insurance and billing purposes.

If you see this item on your TAP dashboard, alert a Qualified Health Professional that signoffs are needed, or hand them the device directly and have them complete the signoffs there and then.

Clinical Evaluations

Clinical Evaluations are forms for clinicians to complete regarding a patient's progress through an evaluation of their completed assessments. 

If you see this item on your TAP dashboard, alert a Qualified Health Professional that a Clinical Evaluation is due, or press the to-do item and send them an email notifying them.

Due Assessments

You will see a to-do list item for every patient that has assessments due. Assessments are grouped together (except for the BPS). The number to the left of each item indicates how many assessments are due for the patient. Once you start the assessment flow, it will go through them all.

Biopsychosocial Assessments

Biopsychosocial Assessments are separated from the rest of the assessment flow so will show up as another item.
