To use TAP, you will need access to the TAP PIN for your facility which you can find in HUB on the bottom of the Main Menu. You can alternatively go to the TAP Manager page on HUB.
TAP PIN numbers are specific to each facility.
On the bottom of the Main Menu, you can see each facilities TAP PIN.
Press the Show button to view the pin and use the arrows to switch between facilities.
