Patients currently in treatment will need to be discharged into GRO to join the alumni program.
Locate the patient and go to their Patient Profile and on the top right of their Patient Profile, press discharge.
The patient needs to have an email address set to join GRO, so make sure they have one and if they don't, add one.
A popup will open with a discharge form. Check the Enroll into Alumni Program option.
In order for patients to be enrolled into GRO, your facility must have an Alumni Coordinator. You can add an Alumni Coordinator by adding a new staff member.
Select the Alumni Coordinator at this point and press Discharge.
The patient will get an email with a link to set up their account in GRO.
