Gro is an enterprise-grade outcome tracking platform nationally used by addiction treatment and mental health providers to facilitate measurement-based care, promote health equity, and personalize the treatment process.
The Gro platform has 3 primary components to offer a customized and comprehensive experience for your staff and patients: TAP Interface, Intelligence HUB, and Engagement App
TAP Interface
TAP refers to the hardware (tablet devices) and software we provide to your facility to collect patient-reported data throughout the course of treatment in a safe, user-friendly, and HIPAA compliant manner. We refer to this as your secure patient access point.
Intelligence HUB
The Intelligence HUB connects seamlessly to the TAP Interface within the GRO platform. Giving you a real-time snapshot into important clinical performance indicators such as: symptom fluctuation, patient satisfaction scores, UR opportunities, and adherence rates. The Intelligence HUB simplifies and streamlines the measurement-based care process for your clinicians and provides actionable reporting features that help to guide treatment direction.
Engagement App
The GRO Engagement App is a self-directed app that follows your alumni as they enter back into their day-to-day lives after discharge from care. The app is an extension of the same tool that they have become accustomed to using during treatment and offers them continued guidance and assessment for twelve months and beyond. All content within the app can be managed by your treatment center, ensuring that you are engaging with your alumni in a way that is personalized to your organization.
